Breathable backing film helps to create and maintain a moist wound environment to promote faster healing, and allows excess moisture to pass through the structure to manage exudate. Backing film is waterproof and prevents fluid strikethrough. The dressing provides a barrier to bacterial strikethrough. No need for a secondary dressing. Replicare Ultra has an all over adhesive for superior durability and security.
